What files should I prepare before starting design?
The file you should prepare should meet the following requirements:

You have to upload files in PNG and JPG.
Size of print files:
After you upload, we will do compression with it. Please note we can't deal with the size, more than 20MB after compression, or width/height which is more than 30,000 px. If you don't know how to check the size or width/height of the file, you could check the file's property.
DPI:
And for most products, print file at least 150 dpi is required. If DPI is not high enough, the design would be pixelated. And for some smaller items, you may need to upload print files with higher DPI to ensure details can be printed perfectly.
Although 150 dpi is okay, the smaller details there are, the higher the resolution should be. Therefore, if you are thinking highly of clarity, 300 dpi is a better choice.
