What if I fill wrong address or information in shipping?
You can contact our support team by Jivo or Email support@yoycol.com,If your parcel is before shipping status, Yoycol will support you to change the relevant information;if your parcel is in shipping, any information cannot be changed.
Note:
- Any additional costs arising from any change of logistics information shall be borne by you.
- For the wrong logistics information provided by customers, and the package cannot be sent out,our company will provide relevant reminders for more than 3 times . We can provide customers with warehousing service for 30 days. If Yoycol fails to receive relevant information beyond the time limit, the products will be destroyed and the relevant logistics fees will be returned to customers.
- If the delivery failure is due to an incorrect address provided by you, our company will not be liable for compensation.
