Yoycol just handles production and related logistics delivery, the cost of customs clearance and related duties shall be borne by the customer, the commercial express currently used by Yoycol mainly includes DHL and FedEx.
Before choosing Yoycol express shipping, please ensure that the recipient will cooperate with the customs clearance operation. If the recipient refuses to clear customs or pay customs duties resulting in a return, our company will not provide after-sales service or a refund.
Please ensure the receiving address is accurate before using our express shipping service, while email addresses are not accepted. If the delivery cannot be properly delivered due to an incorrect address, there will be a fee of $11.5 for modifying the receiving address.
