Can I get regular invoices for all my orders?
No. We don't offer the regular invoice for orders in Yoycol now.
Since July 1,2021, Yoycol have been clearing orders shipped to EU in the customs for several months. So we have to figure the VAT problem out first. And don't worry, we are working on enabling the capability of issuing regular invoices in the future.
