What if there is a logistics issue of my product?
If your parcel is lost (Logistics stagnated for more than 20 days), or damaged or shipped to wrong address, it shall be a logistics issue.
The logistics stagnation caused by natural disasters and force majeure factors is not within the scope of responsibility.
