Permanent, vibrant prints on polyester and hard surfaces
Sublimation is ideal for polyester apparel and hard-surface products (mugs, phone cases, plaques). The dye bonds permanently at the molecular level, creating prints with zero hand feel on fabric and vibrant, photographic quality on hard goods.

Dye sublimation uses heat to transform solid dye into gas that permanently bonds with polyester fibers or specially coated hard surfaces. Unlike surface printing, the dye becomes part of the material — resulting in prints that never crack, peel, or fade.
Common questions about Dye Sublimation Printing
No. Sublimation dyes are transparent — white comes from the substrate itself. This is why sublimation works best on white or light-colored products. For dark surfaces, use DTF or UV printing instead.
